The project

Every system planned as one.

The brief was straightforward and difficult in equal measure: a house of this scale had to feel effortless to operate. Every system was specified from the architectural drawings, coordinated with the electrician and the interior designer, and commissioned room by room once the finishes were in.

Twenty-four audio zones run from a single rack. Architectural lighting and motorized shades share one control platform, so the house adjusts through the day without anyone reaching for a keypad. Cameras, locks, and the gate intercom answer on the same touch panels as the music.

What the family sees is a handful of engraved keypads and one app. What sits behind them is a fully documented, remotely monitored system that we maintain.

Walkthroughs with the family and the architect established how each room would be used before a single device was specified.

Design

Drawings, load schedules, and a rack elevation were issued alongside the electrical package and coordinated on site.

Cabling was run during rough-in, equipment installed after finishes, and every zone calibrated before handover.

The system is remotely monitored, with proactive alerts and scheduled service visits.
