The project

Every system planned as one.

New construction is the one chance to get the infrastructure exactly right. We joined the project at the design development stage, sat in the coordination meetings, and issued our drawings alongside the electrical package.

Every keypad, speaker, access point, and camera has a location on the plans and a labeled cable behind it. Structured cabling runs to a dedicated equipment room with proper cooling and power protection. The network was designed for the whole property, including the pool house and garage, before a single access point was ordered.

Because nothing had to be added after drywall, the house was handed over with no surface conduit, no compromises, and a documented system the family can grow into.
