The project

Every system planned as one.

An estate of this size needs to know who is at the gate, who is on the grounds, and who is at the door, without the family living behind a control room. The brief was security that is thorough and almost invisible.

Cameras were positioned for real coverage of the perimeter and approaches, recorded locally and reviewable from anywhere. The gate intercom, front door, and staff entrance answer on the same touch panels as the lighting and music. Housekeepers and contractors have their own codes and schedules.

Landscape lighting along the drive and paths doubles as a security layer, coming up automatically when the gate opens after dark.
