Detailed plans align technology with architecture, interiors, electrical, and the construction schedule. Fixture locations, speaker placement, keypad positions, and rack elevations are all issued as drawings.
This is the stage that protects the finished house. Decisions made here mean no surprise conduit, no speaker in the wrong ceiling, and no keypad next to a light switch that does the same thing.
Our team installs, programs, tests, and calibrates every detail as one complete system. Cabling goes in at rough-in, equipment after finishes, and programming once the house is ready to be lived in.
Before handover we walk the family through the system in their own home, at their own pace, and adjust anything that does not feel right.
Proactive monitoring and responsive service protect the experience long after handover. Systems are watched remotely, so most issues are identified and resolved before anyone in the house notices them.
When a visit is needed, it is scheduled by people who already know the system, because they designed and installed it.
